PALAKKAD: Four kilos of ganja, trying to be smuggled inside biscuit packets was seized by excise. Ganja was found inside the abandoned bag from Alappuzha-Dharbad Express. The ganja was found during the inspection to prevent the flow of drugs during Onam. It is reported that it is the first time in Kerala that they are trying to smuggle ganja in the form of biscuits.

Cannabis was in the same form in the package of Marilite's biscuits. According to excise, 22 packets of biscuits contained undetectable cannabis. Investigation has been intensified in the incident.
