THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sree Narayana Guru Dharma Sangam Trust President Swami Satchidananda said that equal social justice has not been achieved in the state. He said that the Secretariat remains a fort of the lords. The criticism was made when Minister Muhammad Riyas was on the stage.

Swami Satchidananda demanded that Daivadashakam should be accepted as a prayer song. 'Secretariat still remains as a fort. The sanyasis of Sivagiri had given a petition to all the ministries including the previous cabinets in Kerala, asking them to accept Daivadashakam as the prayer song of our country,' he said.

He also criticized that only Brahmins were given priority in the appointment of priests in major temples. The 169th Sree Narayana Gurudeva Jayanthi is being celebrated in a grand manner at Sivagiri. Swami Satchidananda made the remarks in the mega meet held as part of it.
