CHENNAI: Naam Tamilar Katchi Party leader and director Seeman reacted to the incident where DMK minister Udayanidhi Stalin's beheader was announced reward. Seeman said in Chennai that he would pay 100 crores to the one who takes the head of the Swami, who said that Udayanidhi's head should be cut off. Jagadguru Paramahamsa Acharya, a Sannyasi of Ayodhya, had put a price of 10 crores on Udayanidhi's head after his controversial remark that Sanatana Dharma should be eradicated.
With Union Home Minister Amit Shah taking up Udayanidhi's remarks, the issue gained national attention. Seeman, who is a staunch Tamil activist, reacted to the issue while the arguments were unfolding. Seeman backed that everything Udayanidhi said about Sanatana Dharma was true. Even Amit Shah cannot question that. We cannot agree with the method of deciding whether a person is savarna or avarna by looking at his birth. Seeman added that he has no particular stand on the name change of India but the name of Tamil Nadu should remain as it is.
Udayanidhi made the controversial remark that Sanatana Dharma is against equality and social justice and should be eradicated like infectious diseases at a conference held in Chennai on Saturday. BJP had come out with heavy criticism against this. Later, Jagadguru Paramahamsa Acharya announced that a reward of 10 crore rupees would be given to those who beheaded Udayanidhi Stalin. Acharya said that if no one can behead Udayanidhi, he will do it himself. Udayanidhi's reply to that was that if he gave him a comb of ten rupees, he would comb his head himself.
