NEW DELHI: A consensus was reached in the joint declaration of the countries at the G20 summit. The Leaders' Declaration was adopted amid ongoing challenges related to the Russia-Ukraine war. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this. Modi said this with the introduction that there is 'Good news'. He added that the Ukraine-Russia war had increased distrust in the world and everyone should work together to solve the problems.

He said that the summit has become the G20 of the people of India. "Millions of Indians are connected with it. In more than sixty cities of the country, 200 meetings were held. India suggests that the African Union should be given permanent membership in the G-20 in the sense of 'Sabka Saath'. I believe all will accept this proposal," said Modi. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar responded that the joint declaration emphasizes sustainable development.
