murder

NEW DELHI: Husband arrested for murdering 61-year-old Supreme Court lawyer. The incident took place in Noida, New Delhi. The husband Nitin Nath Sinha was arrested. He was hiding in the store room of the bungalow for 36 hours, after committing the murder. The body of Supreme Court lawyer Renu Sinha was found in the bathroom of a bungalow in Noida Sector 30 on Saturday.

Renu Sinha could not be reached on the phone for two days, because of which her brother informed the police. When the police arrived at the bungalow, they found the body of the lawyer in the bathroom and her husband was not at home. The police registered a case of unnatural death after that and started an investigation.

The lawyer's brother had alleged that Renu's husband was behind the murder. Police started their search for Nitin Nath Sinha after that. When they checked the location of Nitin's phone, it became clear that the phone was last active in the bungalow itself. Later, when the rooms of the bungalow were checked, the accused was found in the store room. Police said that a dispute between the couple regarding the sale of the bungalow is what led to the lawyer's murder. Nitin had taken an advance from someone to sell the bungalow but Renu did not agree to this. The police also said that there was a regular dispute between the two in this regard.
