KOZHIKODE: Correction in the order that school studies have been shifted to online classes for an indefinite period in the wake of Nipah in Kozhikode district. The new order shortens the online classes till 23rd Saturday. The decision was taken keeping in mind that the order of indefinite leave would create panic among people. The new decision applies to all educational institutions.

Many places in the district are containment zones and strict restrictions have been imposed there.

Meanwhile, the test results of 11 people in the Nipah high-risk contact list have tested negative. With this, 94 of the tested samples have been tested negative. Minister Veena George said that the health condition of the 9-year-old boy, who was in critical condition due to Nipah, has improved.
