HANGZHOU: Indian women have scripted history in the Asian Games as they bagged the gold and silver medals in the 10-meter air pistol individual event on Friday. 17-year-old Palak Gulia and Esha Singh won the gold and silver medals respectively.

Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Swapnil Kusale, and Akhil Sheoran broke records and clinched gold in the men's 50m rifle 3P team event. Earlier, the team of Palak Gulia, Esha Singh, and Divya Thadigol had won India's first medal in the women's 10 m pistol team event.
