THIRUVALLA: Railway police have remanded an auto driver who was arrested for selling railway reservation tickets in the black market. AC Shibu, an auto driver at Thiruvalla railway station was remanded. Earlier there were reports about him taking extra money from people and taking Tatkal tickets on busy trains.

Shibu had charged additional money of more than Rs 500 for one ticket.He makes people believe that they have to pay bribes to the booking clerks to buy railway tickets.

He was caught by Chengannur RPF circle inspector AP Venu when he was coming out of Thiruvalla railway station after taking three AC tickets to travel to Bengaluru on the Kanyakumari-Bangalore Island Express on Sunday.
