Produced under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, "Empuraan" has the Tamil production company Lyca Productions as its production partner. The film will release in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi languages. It's written by Murali Gopi."Empuraan," directed by Prithviraj, serves as the sequel to the historically successful "Lucifer." After a day of shooting in Delhi, the production will shift to Ladakh. The film will also be shot in foreign countries, though it's unclear if Kerala will be among the locations. No release date has been announced.
