NEW DELHI: After Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor has also been served a notice in the Mahadev gaming app case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a notice for her to appear for questioning today. However, Ranbir Kapoor has requested a two-week delay from the ED. It is unclear whether Shraddha Kapoor will attend today.

The ED has also summoned Bollywood stars Kapil Sharma, Huma Qureshi and Hina Khan for questioning on different days. These actors have not been accused in the case, but the ED aims to inquire about the financial transactions associated with the app. The ED is investigating whether these actors received illicit funds for promoting the app.

The case against the founders of the Mahadev online betting app, Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal, pertains to money laundering. Previously, the ED had conducted raids in cities such as Mumbai, Kolkata and Bhopal in connection with the Mahadev betting app case. Additionally, the ED is investigating the involvement of Bollywood stars including them in the company's success celebrations and Mahadev app promoter Saurabh Chandrakar's wedding which took place in the UAE in February this year.
