job

The number of people who do not hesitate to spend lakhs to get a job easily without any exam or interview is increasing in Kerala. There are even people who lose their homes because of job scams. These types of frauds which used to be on a small scale in the past are now on a large scale. Most of the people knowingly give in to fraud. By the time they figure out that their money is lost, the fraudsters would have retreated into hiding. Following this there will be cases, police visits and other formalities.
The startling reality is that employment fraud is taking place here even under the guise of the Public Service Commission, which is highly credible and has no loophole for fraud. There are scammers who lure people and extort huge sums of money from them, after promising them jobs even in the administrative centre of the Secretariat. It has not been many days since the news broke about people who cheat candidates by taking money even in the name of ministers. It's been heard that a person belonging to the health minister's staff scammed three lakh rupees in this way. The case and investigation regarding this is going on. Another shocking truth is that women are also present in gangs that fool candidates and get huge sums of money. A woman in Thrissur had even prepared a WhatsApp group for this purpose.
There are fraudsters who lure people by saying that they can get them jobs not just in the state government service, but even in various departments of the central government. There are many people who fall for the promise of scammers, that they will get them recruited to various branches of the military force. People will come forward if there is a possibility of getting a job, even if it means they have to sell their house.
Such job scams show the depth of unemployment in the state. Many people are ready to test their luck by paying money when they come to know about credible incidents of some people getting jobs here and there under political influence. Since there are plenty of people who know the stories of people who have been hired as temporary workers to become permanent government employees after years, people who are willing to try their luck that way, even if it means selling their house, will also increase.
Young people are generally more inclined towards non-physical jobs. That is why they come forward to get such jobs even if it means paying money. However, it should be understood that there are no shortcuts to getting a government job. Those who are trying to get jobs by paying such fraudsters, even after much news about job scams coming out, are inviting trouble knowingly.
A fraud gang cheated the youth of Tamil Nadu and took 2.67 crores of rupees, after promising them a job of counting the number of trains running to and fro on the tracks! The scammed ones were mostly engineering graduates. What can be said about those who don't have the intelligence or sense to realize that it's a scam at first glance? Maybe scammers would lay their next trap saying that there is a vacancy for the job of counting waves at the beach! Crying because you've lost your money is a waste of time. Be aware not to fall into the traps of fraudsters.
