KOCHI: The amicus curiae appointed by the High Court has tabled a report that online vloggers conduct 'review bombing' immediately after the release of the film in theatres. The report by amicus curiae advocate Shyam Padman was on a petition filed by Mubeen Rauf, the director of the film 'Aromalinte Adya Pranayam', seeking to control negative reviews by vloggers on the day of release. Justice Devan Ramachandran, who considered the petition, directed the central and state governments to explain how this can be controlled. The state police chiefs was added as a party to the petition. The High Court verbally said that the fact that the film is the hard work and dedication of the artists cannot be forgotten. The petitioner said that vloggers comes up with negative reviews within seconds of the film's release. The petition will be heard again next week.
