POTHENCODE: It was nothing short of a miraculous escape for a 9th-standard student who accidentally fell out off a KSRTC bus near Pothencode on Friday. Fatima, a native of Thalakkonam escaped by a whisker as her head was inches away from the rear wheel of the bus which just stormed past her after the incident. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The injured Fatima is a 9th standard student at Karur Lakshmi Vilasam High School.

The locals and school authorities shifted Fatima to a nearby private hospital in Kazhakootam. The injury is not anything serious, but the girl and the locals are yet to come out from the shock induced by the accident.
