NEW DELHI: ABP-CVoter survey results show that Congress is advancing in four states where assembly elections are taking place, except Rajasthan. The survey also predicts that BJP will win majority in Rajasthan. In Madhya Pradesh, the Congress and BJP are in for a close battle. A maximum of 113-125 seats for Congress and 104-116 seats for BJP out of 230 assembly seats are predicted in the survey.
In Rajasthan, it is predicted that BJP will win 127-137 seats out of 200 seats. Congress will be restricted to 59-69 seats. In Chhattisgarh too, a tough fight is predicted between the ruling Congress and the BJP. Out of 90 seats, Congress will win 45-51 seats and BJP 39-45 seats. The survey also predicts severe competition between BRS and Congress in Telangana. BRS may get 43-55 seats and Congress 48-60 seats. BJP is predicted to win 5-11 seats. A hung assembly is predicted in Mizoram with no one party winning a single majority. In the 40-member house, the ruling party MLF is predicted to get 13-17 seats and the Congress 10-14 seats.
