TEL AVIV: Israel with a new move as the war with Hamas entered the fifth day. It was decided to form an emergency wartime government with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and opposition leader Benny Ganz. A special Wartime Cabinet will be made to defend against Hamas attacks. The government will consist of Netanyahu, Gantz, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and two other top officials serving as observer members.

In the meantime, the Ministry of Electricity in Palestine has announced that the only power plant in Palestine has to be shut down.
