BENGALURU: The Australian batting line-up was ruthless on Friday as they unleashed a batting extravaganza against Pakistan in the World Cup group stage match. Openers David Warner and Mitchell Marsh morphed to their best and created a run riot in Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru. Warner’s 163 was pivotal for the gargantuan total that is still in the making. In the latest news, Pak bowler Harris Rauf has dismissed David Warner. The former captain scored a century in just 85 balls.

After scoring the century, David Warner performed the pushpa dance moves. The cricketer is known for his penchant for 'Pushpa' and is often caught on social media performing Pushpa dance moves.

This is Warner's 21st ODI century. Mitchell Marsh scored 100 from 100 balls and nurtured a good partnership in the opening stages. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

As of now, Australia has passed 300 runs with the loss of just 4 wickets. Mitchell Marsh was out after scoring 121 from 108 balls. Glenn Maxwell returned back to the pavilion without scoring any runs. Steve Smith, who scored seven runs in eight balls, was dismissed next.

Pakistan is facing Australia today after their humbling against India in Ahmedabad. If Pakistan defeats Australia today, the Green Army will move to the third spot in the point table, just above South Africa. Meanwhile, Australia will have to ensure a win to stay in the tournament.
