gaza-bomb-blast

TEL AVIV: The West Asian war is entering its 17th day of fight, and there are no signs of détente in the picture. The war is only escalating as Gaza was shattered on Sunday with repeated incidents of bomb blasts. According to reports, the attack took place near the largest hospitals in Gaza.

According to reports, more than 6,000 people have been killed on both sides in the war. Thousands of people fled. The situation in Gaza remains critical. Many hospitals are facing fuel shortages. Hospital authorities say that hundreds of children on ventilators will die if the electricity remains interrupted.

Israel has demanded the evacuation of all 20 hospitals in northern Gaza. Six hospitals were evacuated. 10 hospitals sought some time. Meanwhile, four hospitals have denied the Israel order to evacuate. Apart from 400 patients, there are 12,000 homeless people currently housed in Al Quds Hospital. All are protesting against the Israel one-upmanship.

The Red Crescent officials responded that Israel's proposal was tantamount to sentencing the patients to death. Israel maintains that Hamas is hiding inside hospitals and places of worship. Meanwhile, Hamas retorted saying Israel destroyed 31 mosques in Gaza.

Israel warned yesterday that those who remain in northern Gaza, ignoring the order to evacuate, will be seen as part of Hamas and will be vulnerable to attack. The warning was announced in Arabic through helicopters near the Gaza Strip.

Iran's foreign minister said that an immediate ceasefire should be announced, otherwise warned about things spiraling out of control. Iran did not participate in the peace summit held in Egypt the other day. At the same time, Prime Minister Netanyahu has warned Iran-backed Hezbollah to distance away from this fight and said heavy retaliation will be in place if any untoward intrusion happens.
