THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chance of light rain at isolated places in Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod districts in the next three hours. IMD said that moderate rain with thundershowers at isolated places and gusty winds of up to 40 kmph are likely in all other districts. Meanwhile, IMD has informed that there will be no disruption to fishing in the Kerala-Karnataka coast and Lakshadweep area.

North East Bay of Bengal: Gusty winds with a speed of 115-125 kmph at occasional gusting to 135 kmph prevailing. In the next six hours, the wind speed may gradually increase to 120-130 kmph and sometimes reach up to 140 kmph. By 11.30 pm on October 24, wind speed may gradually decrease by 100-110 kmph and reach up to 120 kmph at some occasions and by 5.30 pm on October 25 it may decrease to 65-75 kmph and reach up to 85 kmph at some occasions.

North West Bay of Bengal: Strong wind speed up to 115-125 kmph and occasionally reaching up to 135 kmph prevailing. During the next 6 hours, the wind speed is likely to reach 120-130 kmph and may reach up to 140 kmph. By 11.30 pm on October 24, the speed may gradually decrease to 80-90 kmph and on some occasions, up to 100 kmph and on October 25 at 5.30 pm it may decrease to 50-60 kmph and on some occasions may reach up to 70 kmph.

Central West Bay of Bengal adjacent to Northwest Bay of Bengal: Strong winds with speeds up to 50-60 kmph and occasionally 70 kmph, prevailing. By 05.30 pm on 24th October, the speed may gradually decrease to 30-40 kmph and on some occasions reach up to 50 kmph.

Central East Bay of Bengal adjacent to North West Bay of Bengal: Strong winds with speed up to 50-60 kmph and occasional 70 kmph prevailing. By 05.30 pm on October 24, the speed may gradually reduce to 40-50 kmph and reach up to 60 kmph occasionally.

Odisha, West Bengal, Bangladesh and North Myanmar coasts: Strong winds with speeds up to 40-50 kmph and occasionally up to 60 kmph, prevailing. By October 25, the speed may gradually increase to 65-75 kmph over the Bangladesh coast and reach up to 85 kmph on few occasions, 55-65 kmph over the North Myanmar coast and reach up to 75 kmph on few occasions, 45-55 kmph over West Bengal coast and reach up to 65 kmph on few occasions.
