“No one is a criminal until the court says so,” remarked actor Suresh Gopi while interacting with media in Dubai. The actor reached the Gulf destination for the promotion of his new movie ‘Garudan’. While mentioning actor Dileep, Suresh Gopi said the court should decide whether one is guilty or not.

“ Whether it is Swapna Suresh or Dileep, this is my stand, it should be the law of the land that should have the final word” Suresh Gopi remarked.

"There are police actions that deliberately make some people accused. No one is guilty until it is proven." Suresh Gopi raised hope that his new film has the potential to bring changes even in the legal system of the country. Suresh Gopi also stated that 'Garudan' will give a big message about justice to all.

"Even in the case of Bineesh Kodiyeri, Dileep and Swapna Suresh, the court should say. I will not believe otherwise. No people review my film based on my political leanings, those are just assumptions,” said Suresh Gopi.

Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon are coming together in 'Garudan'. The film will also see Suresh Gopi adorning his old macho police uniform after eons. The film, which is gearing up for an early November release, is being produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames.
