The devotees and the large section of people thronging Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh gaped in amazement at what they were seeing. Some among the elders even folded their hands in deference. Drones are common these days and a must in all sorts of functions or religious events. The Dussehra celebration held at Chhattisgarh also had a drone working, but this saw many people looking in wonder like their eyes witnessing such technological prowess for the first time. However, it was true, this drone was unlike anything they had seen.
The drone was assiduously shaped in the image of Hanuman, the revered Hindu god. "Hanuman drone", chanted the people as they saw the enchanting sight of the Hindu god soaring past the skies amidst big chants from the public.
This Hanuman drone was flown in a program organized by an organization in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. The video was shot by Vinal Gupta. He himself has shared the video on Instagram. The video went viral on the internet with many praising the idea of infusing technology with divinity. However, it is not the first time that Hanuman drones have graced the skies. Netizens also remembered an event from 2015 when Hanuman drones were first used in Ludhiana.
