THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Keralaeeyam Food Fair is all set to offer the best food feast the capital has ever seen. The fair has 11 venues from Manaveeyam Veedhi to Eastfort. There will also be menu cards featuring 2,000 unique dishes curated by 500 expert chefs.

There will be more than 150 stalls ranging from street food to five-star cuisine. Scheduled Tribe Development Department, Cooperation Department, Fisheries Department, Dairy Development Department, Kudumbashree etc will also be part of the food fair. 10 traditional Kerala dishes like Ramassery Idli, Vanasundari Chicken, Puttu and Kadala, Porotta and Beef, Karkataka kanji, Mulayari Payasam, Thalassery Biryani, Kuttanadan Karimeen Pollichathu/ pearl spot fried in banana leaf wrap, Boli and Payasam, Kappa and fish curry will be branded and presented.

Traditional Kerala cuisine from Pazhamkanji to dried fish dishes and Aranmula Vallasadya can be enjoyed. The Ethnic Foodfest at University College will showcase a variety of dishes ranging from ant chutney to various preparations of tubers. The street food festival will be on the road from University College to Vanross Junction. There will also be a live food show by popular chefs. Chef Pillai, Abida Rasheed, Firoz Chuttipara, Pazhayidom Mohanan Namboothiri and Kishore will present their cuisine at the food show at Suryakanti from November 2 to 6. Food vloggers will be the brand ambassadors of the food festival.
