Lokesh Kanagaraj-Vijay team's film 'Leo' has broken the record set by 'KGF-2' in Kerala. Leo became the fastest film to cross 50 crores in Kerala. Thalapathy Vijay's film reached the 50 crore club in just 10 days. Yash-starrer KGF-2 had collected 50 crores from Kerala in 11 days. Leo also managed to break the record of 'Vikram' starring Kamal Haasan.

If we look at the global collection, the film is marching towards the 500 crore club within two weeks of its release. So far, the film has earned Rs 461 crores. Earlier, the producer Seven Screen Studios had announced that the film collected Rs 148.5 crore on the first day worldwide. It also broke the opening day records of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawaan, which earned Rs 129 crores.
