KOTTARAKKARA: The solar conspiracy case will be considered again on December 6. The summons of Kottarakkara Magistrate Court said the complainant in the case and Ganesh Kumar MLA should appear in person. However, the MLA failed to appear. The court reiterated that Ganesh Kumar should appear in person.

Ganesh Kumar is likely to approach the Supreme Court requesting to avoid him from appearing in court. The high court had earlier rejected his plea. The case in Kottarakkara First Class Magistrate Court is that there were additions in the letter of the complainant in the solar case and there was a conspiracy.

The court had also recorded the statement of former chief minister Oommen Chandy in the solar harassment case. The court then registered a case against the complainant and Ganesh Kumar on charges of conspiracy and forgery. The Kottarakkara Magistrate Court sent summons to both of them to appear in person, but they did not appear.
