Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam and Idukki districts are on yellow alert on Friday. The National Center for Oceanography and Oceanography (INCOIS) has informed that there is a possibility of 1.0 to 1.2 meter high waves and storm surge along the Kerala coast till 11.30 tonight.
1.0 to 1.5 meters high wave and rough seas are likely to occur along South Tamil Nadu coast till 11.30 tonight. Fishermen and coastal residents should exercise caution. Meanwhile, the Central Meteorological Department has informed that there is no disruption to fishing in the Kerala, Karnataka and Lakshadweep coasts.
