AGRA: In a bizarre incident, as many as six people suffered injuries after a fight broke out at a wedding function over the shortage of rasgullas. The incident took place in Agra in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. The injured have been hospitalised and their condition is stable.

According to Shamsabad police station Station House Officer (SHO) Anil Sharma, the issues started after a person passed a comment on the shortage of rasgullas during the wedding function held at the house of Agra native Brijbhan Kushwaha. This led to a fight, and Bhagwan Devi, Yogesh, Manoj, Kailash, Dharmendra and Pawan were injured.

"Six people were injured in the incident and a case has been registered. Those who are in hospital are out of danger," Anil Sharma, said.

The police have registered a case in connection with the incident. In 2022, a person was killed in a fight over the shortage of sweets at a wedding held in Etmadpur.
