KOLLAM: In a well-fitted repartee, CM Pinarayi Vijayan hit back at the Governor saying the latter with his walk through the iconic Mittayi Theruvu realized the peaceful state of law and order in Kerala.
"Walking out without prior notice is a breach of protocol. This is not the course of action for those in such a position. There are not many places in India where you can do this but Kerala. This is the speciality of the state. However, we are not endorsing the practice of breaking security protocols and going for a walk”, said CM Pinarayi Vijayan.
CMs words:
I don’t know why he did that. I am dubious about it and don’t know whether he had any other intentions. Media are now reporting that the Governor planned to dissolve the government in case of any attack at Mittayi Theruvu. Even if the governor denies Z category protection, the government is duty-bound to provide him with that.
