KOCHI: The police released more information stated in the suicide note of Dr Shehna. The police said that her suicide note mentioned that Dr Ruwais directly demanded money from her. The police report submitted in the Kerala High Court said there are many serious references against Ruwais in the suicide note.

'I couldn't unmask his cheated face. He wanted money. He directly demanded money from me. Why should I live again? I don't feel like living. Instead of this cheating, I should have lived well and shown him, but my future is blank. I cannot trust anyone again. Sister, you should take good care of Umma,' said her suicide note.

The police said Ruwais directly asked Shehna for money when the two were in the campus two days before her death. The police had opposed his bail plea and the report submitted in the court mentioned that Ruwais has confessed to it. The police also rejected Ruwais’ statement that Shehna was only his friend. The police told the court that the two were in a relationship and produced pictures of the two travelling together. The high court will consider Ruwais’ bail plea today.
