THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Following the conflict in the secretariat, there is tension in front of the DCC office as well. There is a large police presence in front of the office as they are trying to arrest the workers who protested in front of the secretariat by entering the office. Leaders including opposition leader VD Satheesan are present in the office. The opposition leader has dared the police to enter the DCC office.

The police explained that the four activists who were arrested in front of the secretariat were stopped in front of the DCC office and the activists took them inside. The police came to arrest them. Police added that the accused were rescued by smashing the police vehicle. However, the activists say that the police have not been brought inside the DCC office.
