THRISSUR: Hooliganism by a ganja team in Thrissur The gang attacked the house of Shaju, a native of Eravimangalam, and gouges the eyes of the chickens in the house. The house sustained major damages. The assailants destroyed the tiles of the washroom. The family members were not at home at the time of the incident. The owner of the house said the incident happened around 9 am Tuesday morning.

Shaju, the owner of the house, said the attack was unleashed by a man from the nearby area under the influence of ganja. The incident happened between 8.15 am and 9 am. He climbed on top of the house and broke the solar tube. I am scared to live here. They hurt the chickens by gouging their eyes. More than one person is suspected to be behind the attack. The locals hope that the police will take strict action in the incident.
