The entire city of Ayodhya has been embellished in decorative colours and florals as part of PM Modi’s visit. Banned Khalistan organization leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannu had earlier wheedled his supporters to attack Modi at this stage in Ayodhya. Minding the threat, security has been strengthened in Ayodhya by deploying various army units. With PM Modi’s visit to Ayodhya, BJP is unofficially kickstarting the party’s 2024 election campaign.
