PATHANAMTHITTA: MBBS student meets tragic end after falling from a building. An MBBS student fell to his death from a building at Thiruvalla Believers Medical College Hospital in Pathanamthitta. John Thomas (26), a native of Kollam Ashramam, died.

The incident happened at 10:30 last night. Police say that the student slipped and fell from the building. The police also stated that there is no mystery in the incident.

A few weeks ago, an MBBS student had died after falling from the top of the hostel at Sri Gokulam Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. The student who died was Adithi Benny (22) daughter of Benny Mathew of Maniera Garden Karuvelil House, Iravimangalam, Udayamperoor, Ernakulam. She was a 3rd year MBBS student.

Adithi Benny, who was living in the college hostel, later rented a house and was staying with her mother. The student who came to the hostel with her mother to collect the record book was later found lying on the ground of the building. The girl, who was taken to the hospital by her classmates, died while being treated in the intensive care unit.
