NEW JERSEY: KPCC President K Sudhakaran addressing an event organized by the Overseas Indian Cultural Congress in New Jersey, USA criticized Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He said that people feel like watching a drama while seeing the actions of Pinarayi Vijayan. Sudhakaran highlighted the Congress party as the sole alternative to the BJP at the national level.

He expressed concerns about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's governance accusing him of steering India towards a Hindu communal fascist state. Sudhakaran questioned the absence of a party in India capable of replacing Congress to counteract these developments.

Referring to Rahul Gandhi's 4000-kilometer walk, Sudhakaran emphasized Gandhi's message during the walk stating that it wasn't about acquiring power or winning for the Congress but aimed at fostering harmony, brotherhood and unity among people.

Sudhakaran's visit to the United States is due to his ongoing treatment for myasthenia gravis, a condition he is suffering for two years. He will remain in America for two weeks for medical care.
