THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: VD Satheesan challenges CPM state secretary MV Govindan to prove that the medical certificate presented by Rahul in Mankoottathil court is fake.

Rahul obtained a certificate from the neuro department of a prominent hospital. During a court-ordered BP check, the doctor at the general hospital recorded a high BP of 160. However, the RMO was influenced to report a normal BP raising questions about the credibility of the medical certificate. Satheesan claims the certificate issued by the RMO is fake.

Allegations are made against the RMO and Cantonment SHO for abusing their power. Under Section 333 of the Act, those found guilty could face up to ten years of imprisonment. Satheesan vows to pursue legal action against all officers involved in illegal activities.

Satheesan criticizes Govindan accusing him of undermining his position by targeting the opposition leader who initiated the strike in front of the secretariat.

Pinarayi is accused of employing threatening tactics and suppressing political opposition implementing a Stalinist policy. Satheesan contends that the Chief Minister initiated the troubles and those exceeding his authority are the ones facing charges under non-bailable sections.

No action has been taken against the area secretary responsible for releasing the DYFI member who damaged a police jeep in Chalakkudy. Similarly, the SFI state secretary who instructed a policeman to clean a toilet was rewarded with a bottle of milk and a ride in a police jeep. Satheesan promises accountability for these actions.
