CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu police has registered a case against the YouTuber who fed a live rooster to a bull. The action comes after a video from Chinnapampatti in Salem district surfaced. A live chicken was fed to the bull that was brought for the Jellikattu competition.
The bull was held by three men and another man inserted a live chicken into its mouth. The 2.48-minute long video appeared on YouTuber Raghu's account.

The video appeared on social media on the 22nd of last month. Arun Prasanna, the founder of People for Cattle India (PFCI) who was disturbed about this, filed a complaint with the Salem police. The police registered a case under the provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The investigating officer responded that the incident is being investigated and no one has been arrested yet.
