CHENNAI: A video is currently doing the rounds on social media which shows PM Narendra Modi making a timely intervention to help Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin who slipped while walking. Stalin slipped while walking along with PM Modi to the Khelo India Youth Games venue.

Sports Minister and Stalin's son Udayanidhi Stalin was also with them. Inaugurating the program, Modi said that the central government is trying to get India to host the 2036 Olympic Games. Stalin responded that the DMK government aims to make Tamil Nadu the sports capital of the country.

The Prime Minister came to Tamil Nadu on a two-day visit. He will also visit famous temples of the state. Modi will go to Rameswaram at 2 pm and perform pooja at Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple.

Modi will participate in the 'Sri Ramayana Paryana' program in which Rama stories will be recited in Sanskrit, Kashmiri, Assamese and Gujarati languages ​​describing Lord Rama's return to Ayodhya and in the evening Bhajan Sandhya at Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple.

The prime minister will offer prayers at the Kodandarama Templein Dhanushkodi on Sunday. PM Modi will also visit the Arichal Munai Ram Setu viewpoint near Dhanushkodi.
