MALAPPURAM: Former Minister KT Jaleel took to Facebook to respond to the threats against Youth League Vice President Syed Mueen Ali Thangal. "Not a single Panakkad child will be touched. We can wait and see who will end up in a wheelchair," he said.
"Till date, not a single person has issued death threats against any Thangals of Panakkad. The move against Mueen Ali is highly reprehensible. Immediate action should be taken against the culprits," Jaleel added.
Earlier, the police had registered a case in the incident where a death threat was issued against Mueen Ali, the national vice president of the Muslim League. The case is against Muslim League activist Rafi Puthiyakadavu.
