A school bus crashed into a wall at Thamarassery Pass, injuring several people. The incident occurred at 5:30 pm below the first bend. The private school bus in Malappuram lost control and collided with the wall. It's reported that teachers were on board.

The accident happened during the return from Wayanad. One seriously injured person was taken to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital and four others were admitted to a private hospital in Pudupadi.
