ALAPPUZHA: The family of Ranjith Sreenivas is fully satisfied with the court verdict. Ranjith's wife and mother informed about this while speaking to the media after hearing the death sentence of all the 15 accused.

‘We are satisfied with the maximum punishment awarded. Our loss is big but relieved on the court verdict. God has another verdict? There is nature’s justice. Even if we don't, you (the media) can. It will come behind. We are thankful to the team led by DySP Jayaraj, who investigated the matter honestly and brought the information to the court. Words cannot be limited to gratitude to the prosecutor.

This is the rarest of rare cases. No one had ever entered a house and done this. It cannot be termed as only a murder. This will not come under an ordinary murder. His face was disfigured in such a way that we were not even able to pay our last offering (vaikkari).
