PATHANAMTHITTA: A complaint has been lodged against the accused for sexually abusing a plus one student met through Instagram. An investigation has started after a case was registered. The case was registered based on the information from child welfare committee. It is reported that there are 18 accused in the case. There is also a complain that the girl’s nude pictures were also circulated.

Police said more befriended her through Instagram. It is heard that some minors are among the accused. The sexual abuse came to light when she was subjected for counselling after she refused to go to school. The police are on the move to nab the accused with the help of cyber cell.
