THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Public Service Commission (PSC) is considering a life ban for an accused involved in impersonation during the University Last Grade Servants Examination. Amaljith, a resident of Nemam is facing potential debarment for attempting to impersonate another candidate during the exam. Police have gathered evidence against the two accused individuals, who were arrested and remanded in custody following the impersonation incident. The Controller of Examination will take action upon receipt of the police report.

Yesterday, both suspects were detained by police and brought to Poojapura Chinnamma Memorial Higher Secondary School for evidence collection. They confessed to evading biometric verification by jumping over a wall. Police recovered the tools used in their escape and obtained admissions of impersonation during the preliminary examination. The suspects are scheduled to appear in court today following the completion of evidence collection.
