PUNE: Murder of young real estate agent shocks the city. A young man named Avinash Balu (34) was killed while eating at a hotel. The incident happened on Saturday night. A gang stormed into the hotel and shot Avinash in the head. After this, he was hacked with deadly weapons. The brutal murder took place in Pune's Jagadamba Hotel.

Avinash was eating with three friends. Meanwhile, he got a phone call. While attending the call, two people came to the hotel, took out a gun from the plastic bag they were carrying and fired it. After Avinash was shot, a six-member gang rushed inside the hotel with deadly weapons and hacked him. However, the assailants did not harm anyone who was with Avinash. With this, it became clear that the group came with only Avinash as the target.

Hearing the gunshot, everyone present there got up and ran. Eyewitnesses say that the gang left the hotel after repeatedly slashing Avinash and ensuring his death. The police have started an investigation into the incident. The investigation team is divided into five groups. According to preliminary information, a rivalry between two groups is what led to the murder.
