NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal faces setback in liquor policy scam case. The court ordered Arvind Kejriwal to be remanded to Enforcement Directorate custody for seven days. The order came from Delhi Rouse Avenue Court.

Arvind Kejriwal will be transferred to ED headquarters. ED asked the court to keep Kejriwal in custody for 10 days. Kejriwal had withdrawn the petition he filed in the Supreme Court against the ED's arrest.

ED told the court that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had a crucial role in implementing the liquor policy. Liquor policy was implemented only to collect bribes. ED told the court that all the conspiracy was carried out by Kejriwal.
