PYONGYANG: Minding the geopolitical instability surrounding his country, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is reported to have instructed his army to ‘get ready for war’ on an immediate basis. Kim on Wednesday visited the famous Kim Jong Il University of Military and Politics, which is considered the citadel for the highest military education in the country. During his visit, Kim listed out the guidelines of the war and the situation which led to the decision.

For some time now, Kim has been encouraging the acquisition of new weapons to bolster the country’s defence arsenal. In the meantime, North Korea also turned more amicable with Russia and held strong its good camaraderie with China.

‘If we go into a clash with the enemy, make sure that the enemy is dead. The time is here to prepare for war” Kim said

One month before, North Korea tested Hypersonic Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile under the leadership of Kim. The country also blamed both South Korea and the US for conducting joint military exercises.
