THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CBI has informed the Thiruvananthapuram CJM court that it is ready to further investigate Jesna missing case. Proofs have not been obtained on the allegations levelled by Jesna’s father. The CBI has informed the court that it is ready to investigate the case further if her father produces the proofs and after they examine it. With this, the court directed Jesna’s father to produce the evidences in a sealed cover. The case has been postponed to May 3.

The CBI submitted in the court the report that they have not been able to find out what happened to her in the missing case. After rejecting the report, her father approached the court demanding further probe. She died in Kerala and she has not gone outside the state or abroad. Her father had earlier said that he has some valid information to believe firmly that she is dead.

Jesna’s friend is responsible
Jesna's father James had earlier told Kerala Kaumudi that her friend is responsible for her death and refused to divulge his name. How she died will be revealed after April 19. The chief judicial magistrate court of Thiruvananthapuram will directly ask the CBI investigation officer the details then. Her father had said that he would reveal more and release evidences on that day.

‘The CBI had submitted a report to the Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court demanding to conclude the investigation. In his plea, Jesna’s father had mentioned that she is not alive. The CBI investigation did not reach the goal. They investigated several things. Also searched abroad through Interpol, but did not reach some points he pointed. Jesna used to go to a secret place on Thursdays for prayers. She went missing on one Thursday. His plea said that it was not found whether Jesna's excessive bleeding was part of periods or which could occur during pregnancy.

Jesna's classmate, pointed by her father and brother in the first phase of the investigation, was interrogated by the local police and the CBI and he was also subjected to a lie detector test. It was found that her classmate was only her friend. After locals raised suspicions, the police also searched James's house, but could not find anything.
