KOZHIKODE: LDF candidate from Vadakara, KK Shailaja, has stated that people are increasingly supporting the LDF, with large crowds turning out everywhere to see her. She mentioned that defamation has occurred not only locally but also in other areas. Shailaja emphasized that the legal process will continue. Speaking to the media at Koothuparamba, she addressed the issue.

Meanwhile, KK Shailaja's lawyer has sent a notice to UDF candidate Shafi Parambil from Vadakara regarding allegations of a cyber attack. The notice cites cyber abuse and demands that Shafi apologize and retract fake videos, morphed pictures and obscene comments circulated by UDF activists.

The lawyer's notice outlines 16 points regarding the cyber attack case. Shailaja has stated that legal action will be pursued if Shafi does not withdraw the circulated materials.

Recently, the police registered a case against Harish Nandanam, a member of Balussery Panchayat 7th Ward, in connection with the case. The FIR mentions the circulation of a defamatory post against Shailaja. Harish was arrested and later released on bail. He is the first Congress worker named as an accused in the cyber attack complaint filed by the LDF in Vadakara. This brings the total number of cases registered in connection with the cyber attack against KK Shailaja to five.

Earlier, cases were registered against two individuals: Minhaj, a native of Naduvannur, in Mattannur and Vadakara, and Salman Valur in Perampra. These cases were filed based on complaints by KK Shailaja and were charged with insulting her dignity and attempting to incite a riot.
