THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Swapna Suresh, the accused in the gold smuggling case, has stated her intention to approach central investigation agencies and the court to probe the deal between the government and the US company in the Sprinklr controversy. She asserted that the Sprinklr case is more significant than the monthly payment issue.

"People's health information was sold to foreign companies. It is detrimental to the country. While it may have faded from memory, Sprinklr is preparing for a legal battle over the deal. Central agencies are also investigating allegations against the chief minister's daughter. If proven, the central agencies should thoroughly investigate the matter.

No one can evade scrutiny in the Sprinklr case. Former Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, M Shivashankar has claimed that the Chief Minister and his daughter Veena Vijayan exploited him for their personal gain. This needs to be brought to light. Documents pertaining to the Sprinklr deal are in our possession, and we will present them to the authorities. The upcoming election does not influence this disclosure," clarified Swapna Suresh.

Swapna's lawyer alleged a violation of the Foreign Exchange Act in the Sprinklr deal, describing it as a significant scam. The lawyer argued that investigating state agencies under the rule of Pinarayi Vijayan would be futile.
