VADAKARA: Polling is delayed in the Vadakara constituency, where the most intense political battle is taking place in the state. Many voters are leaving without voting. It is informed that the polling here will end only at 9 pm. Following the delay, KK Rema, UDF MLA from Vadakara, said that a conspiracy is suspected in the constituency

Voters complained that there were not enough facilities. They also say that many have fallen unconscious. It is alleged that the shortage of booths and the lack of speed of the officials is what boosted the crisis. KK Rema MLA had come forward with a complaint. She said that the time it takes to register each vote is increasing and many people are queuing up. This is the reason why the voting percentage in Vadakara is decreasing.

"We don't know what is happening. In many booths, voters including women are leaving. Even though we contacted the electoral officer, the reply was that nothing can be done. It seems that the voting will not end even after 10 o'clock at night and efforts are being made to bring back many who left," said KK Rama.

KK Rema alleged that Vadakara is facing a situation like no other place in Kerala. "The officials are handling the process very slowly. The sound that is supposed to come after the voting is coming after more than seven seconds. There is a suspicion that there is a conspiracy to sabotage the election," Rema alleged.
