THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: LDF convener EP Jayarajan has filed a complaint with the state police chief against Dallal Nandakumar and BJP leader Shobha Surendran. The complaint has demanded that the conspiracy against him be investigated.

EP Jayarajan had started legal proceedings after the controversial campaign that he would join BJP. EP Jayarajan had earlier sent a legal notice against KPCC president K Sudhakaran, Nandakumar and Shobha Surendran who reacted in a scandalous manner on issues related to Dallal Nandakumar.

In the legal notice, EP Jayarajan alleges that there was a conspiracy and false propaganda to malign and defame CPM and himself personally. EP says that the three made unsubstantiated allegations and this created a situation to portray the party and himself as bad guys.

EP Jayarajan sent the notice through advocate M Rajagopalan Nair demanding that if the blamed do not retract the allegations and tender an apology through the media immediately they will have to face civil and criminal legal proceedings and pay a compensation of Rs 2 crore.
