KOTTAYAM: Mother hacked her son who caused a ruckus at home after getting drunk. Rajesh of Thonoorilchira house, Pathilkavala, Kainatwala, Kottayam, Kurichi, Ward number one was hacked by his mother Omana. Rajesh was hacked on his head and chest.

The incident took place at 4.30 pm yesterday. Rajesh is a labourer. He used to constantly get drunk and create ruckus in the house. According to the police, Rajesh got drunk and created a ruckus and beat up Omana yesterday. Omana, who was fed up with this, hacked her son. Locals took Rajesh to the hospital. He is currently undergoing medical treatment in Kottayam.
