KOCHI: KSRTC driver Ernakulam Aikaranad native Kariyattukunnel Sreejith (35) was arrested on Thursday for sending obscene messages and threats to Thiruvananthapuram Mayor Arya Rajendran. In a case registered by Thiruvananthapuram Central Cyber ​​Police, Sreejith was arrested by Puthenkurish police.

After registering the arrest, Sreejith was taken to Thiruvananthapuram. Last week’s brawl between Mayor Arya and a KSRTC bus driver was much discussed in social media circles while there were also reports about increasing cyber-attacks against the mayor.
